My Commissions (including any type, ignore the info below)
are currently closed indefinitely.They will reopen once I adjusted to my new full-time
job and schedule + once I have my current queue
completely cleared. I expect it to take months, may
reopen in May-July the soonest.

Info & Prices

Crossed out (example) options are currently not available.You will receive at least one update through the process (rough
sketch(es)) but usually more (e.g. flat colo).They usually come with multiple versions (different outlines,
a version without outlines and sometimes more) and you can
ask for more alternatives!They come with transparent background by default.
I can add a solid coloured background if requested but I am
unable to do complex backgrounds or scenes.

Reference Sheets

Pieces won't come with clean lineart anymore as the examples
below would suggest. They will look like my coloured artworks
just without the pencil shading. If you consider those too sketchy,
feel free to ask for clean lineart for an extra fee.Rendering of individual pieces can be discussed.
They include a rather simple background that fits the character.You will receive multiple updates (e.g. rough sketches, clean-up, ...).
At the end you will receive the full ref sheet with & without
background and each individual art piece will be send seperately
with transparent background.

Uncoloured Sketches

These are pretty clean sketches that are overall uncoloured but they
will include 1-3 accent colours based on your characters design
and colour palette.They come with a solid white background by default. I can send a
version with transparent background to be coloured in if requested.
Just note that the lineart with tranparent background will be crispy
due to the semi-tranparent brush being used. The afterwards coloured
piece will most likely look different.

Terms Of Services - Art

You may turn my art into physical items, e.g. keychains,

Usually, payment has to be made after the sketch or 50/50
in any way, e.g. 50% after sketch and 50% after finishing!Afterwards payment is also possible except for reference
sheets and rendered art requests. I won't send the
finished product unless full payment is completed.
I send "sneak peeks" to prove I'm actually done.Payment is usually made through Paypal or Ko-fi. Under
some circumstances, I may also accept vouchers
(3-way-payments, e.g. you pay someone else via e.g. Cashapp).Communication
Please be available (a response in up to 14 days at least) and
communicate back. If I don't hear back in 14 days or more,
I'll most likely put your request on hold and move you to
the end of my queue. And if I still don't hear back from you
the upcoming months, I'll cancel the commission without
refund. If you haven't paid anything yet, I may immediately
cancel after one month.I am usually very communicative and let you know (until)
when you can except the next update. If something comes up,
I'll let you know as soon as possible. Feel free to still ask for
an update if none was given.
However, please do not rush me or ask me for updates on a
daily basis. It is extremely draining and not useful in any
way, I'll cancel immediately if you do so.Process
I usually send one rough and/or one clean sketch, as well as a
flat coloured version for approval. Please don't be afraid to tell
me if you wish any changes, it needs to be to your liking. I'm
usually also up to starting over if the pose is not fitting, etc.
After the piece is done, I will not do any huge changes that
could have already been adressed and made when the WIPs
have been provided.Changes on a later date
If you wish any changes to the art after the commission has
been finished (even years after), feel free to message me anytime!
E.g. if you want me to change some patterns, colours or the
colour of the outlines, etc.!
If you were not the one who commissioned the art from me
but someone who simply received the character along with the
art, you can still message me about this!Edits
You may do edits to my art but you HAVE TO state what has
been edited afterwards and give proper credit to all artists.Edits can be adding a background, filter, drawing over a
few parts, changing patterns, ...
I would appreciate it if you would ask first but that's not
a strict necessity.Signature
I tend to not add my signature to my artworks but if I did:
Please do not move, change or remove it on your own. If you
wish my signature to be moved somewhere else or want it
removed, please just ask me.Cancelling & Refunds
You can cancel before receiving a sketch as there has not
been payment made yet. Once a part or full payment has
been made, you may only cancel for urgent reasons. I'll
decide if the reason is valid enough to cancel or not. It
depends on the overall circumstances & communication.
We will simply discuss it together. We will also discuss if
a (partly) refund is possible, depending on the art
progress made so far.I myself will only cancel due to ghosting, if I feel
uncomfortable/rushed or when something extremely urgent
comes up and I'll most likely not be able to finish (in a
rational time frame up to 3-6 months depending on request
type). I'll refund you if money has already been paid.Canceled Art Usage
If you canceled the commission or I canceled due to being
ghosted, you do not have any art rights. I have the full rights
to re-use any started artwork for personal or commercial use,
e.g. "YCHs". I'll not use your character as art example or
similar, you will have nothing to do with the artwork and I
won't mention you as the previous customer.If I canceled due to personal reasons/not being able to finish
it, the already started artwork belongs to you. I won't re-use
it in any way but I can use it as art example still. You have
the right to edit/finish it or get it finished by someone else.
You may also ask for the original file for further usage. I can
only provide a transparent png or a .kra (Krita) file which
should be compatible with Photoshop.Declining
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason!Credit / Uploading my art somewhere
If you upload my art to any websites, please credit me! My
username is enough unless the site requires a link (e.g. TH).
You can use any of my socials then, preferably Toyhouse.I also have the right to upload the art to my socials
(e.g. Instagram, Tohouse, carrd) and use as art
example anywhere.Blacklist
I do not have a blacklist. However, I may still decline
requests from users I have previously had a bad experience
with or who have been going against my T.O.S.I usually never block anyone so you can always contact
me, even if something happened / went wrong. I would
rather have a clear-up talk than bitter-sweet feelings.
So if you want to apologize for whatever reason or
you feel like I did something wrong and would

Even though my art is strictly for personal use only,
designs are not. As long as my art is not used without
my permission, feel free to use the design for commercial
use via for example making a commercial comic including
the character design, getting/making keychains or other
merch you then sell. Commercial use does not apply to re-
selling. See paragraph "Re-Selling" for more information.Payment
For money payment, same applies as in my Art T.O.S.When art is offered as payment method, then I will wait
until all art pieces are finished unless something else is
discussed (but due to past experiences, it's unlikely I'll
agree to any other way).I don't mind waiting at all, art can take as long as needed

Since there are so many different scenarios that would

Depending on overall circumstances, it is either possible

well if a refund is possible or not.
If I decide to cancel the exchange, same way applies.

the next steps.Re-Designing
Feel free to re-design the adopt/custom as heavily as
you would like.Re-Selling
You are allowed to resell the design anytime.Do not sell for a higher value / make profit.
Do not resell for higher than bought unless additioal art
has been added (excluding gift / free art).Do not sell for real currency if not bought with such.
Unless art / commissions / physical items have been added
for which actual money was paid or you have my
permission to do so.It's up to you if you consider own/personal art as added
money value. Generally I approve of that but please do
not draw extra art, solely to be able to re-sell it for real
currency and thereby make profit. Rather to test if you
are able to draw/connect to the design or out of "love"
and not just "greed". That's unmannerly in my opinion.Usage
You are free to do anything with the design, it's entirely
up to you. Meaning, you can give the character any type
of personality, include them in historical, political or
problematic settings / topics, create NSFW of them, etc.Even if I allow anything, this does not mean I support
anything that's done with my designs. Only the owner
itself is to be held accountable for anything they do
